It would set us apart and make history as no other idea to improve our nation’s educational system exists. This is the making of history, the first of its kind in America, and possibly across the globe. Working with app developers, we are creating the Witty Owl Good Students Reward for Excellence app. This app will be offered for free to parents and caretakers who have school- age children. The app will provide hundreds of cash-back opportunities and rebates on purchases from merchants willing to make a difference and participate in rewarding American students. Our future generations deserve the same opportunities the generations before were afforded. How will it work? Merchants will show loyalty and provide cash rewards and rebates to students who are enrolled in school. Participating parents will be urged to open a bank account and deposit earned money so their children can graduate with money in the bank allowing them to have a head start on life. This program will be equally motivating for students, parents, businesses, and the government.
